Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. deer tenderloin
  • milk
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut deer tenderloin into 2-inch strips.
  2. Fill a large bowl with milk.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the milk.
  4. Add the deer strips to the marinade and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
  5. Remove meat from marinade, coat with flour, and fry until golden and cooked through.
