Dee'S Concord Grape Pie
A classic Concord grape pie featuring sweet, tangy grapes and a flaky crust, perfect for showcasing late-season fruit and satisfying both fruit and dessert lovers.

- Remove and save skins from Concord grapes by pinching grapes at the end opposite the stem; the fruit will pop out.
- Prepare the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
- In a bowl, combine 5 1/2 cups of Concord grapes, 3/4 cup of flour, a dash of salt, 1 2/3 cups of sugar, and 3/4 teaspoon of lemon juice.
- Pour the grape filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Dot the filling with 1 1/2 tablespoons of oleo (margarine or butter).
- Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut slits to vent.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
