Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb.) can cut yellow beans ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb.) can green lima beans ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped pimento ⓘ
- 1/2 cup Heinz wine vinegar ⓘ
- 1/2 cup salad oil ⓘ
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans ⓘ
Instructions
- Drain and combine the green beans, yellow beans, lima beans, green pepper, onion, and pimento in a large glass bowl.
- Combine Heinz wine vinegar, salad oil, granulated sugar, salt, and pepper in a jar.
- Cover the jar and shake vigorously until well mixed.
- Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss well.
- Cover and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
- Stir occasionally before serving.
