Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can cut yellow beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can green lima beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped pimento
  • 1/2 cup Heinz wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans

Instructions

  1. Drain and combine the green beans, yellow beans, lima beans, green pepper, onion, and pimento in a large glass bowl.
  2. Combine Heinz wine vinegar, salad oil, granulated sugar, salt, and pepper in a jar.
  3. Cover the jar and shake vigorously until well mixed.
  4. Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss well.
  5. Cover and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
  6. Stir occasionally before serving.
