Ingredients

  • 1 lb. braunschweiger, softened to room temperature
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 to 5 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together and shape into a log.
  2. Mix another 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with dry mustard, salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste.
  3. Beat with an electric blender until it looks like whipped cream.
  4. Ice the log with the whipped cream mixture and refrigerate.
  5. Serve with crackers.
