- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.

- Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
