Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • 1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix well all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish or into individual cups.
  3. Freeze until ready to serve.
  4. Unmold individual cups and place on top of lettuce leaves before serving.
