Delicious Ham Grinder
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons olive oil ⓘ
- salt ⓘ
- fresh ground black pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 lb ham, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 tomatoes, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1/4 of very thinly sliced red onion ⓘ
- 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into rings ⓘ
- 1 loaf French bread, split lengthwise ⓘ
- 4 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to small bowl. Whisk to combine.
- 3. Layer, sliced ham, sliced tomatoes, sliced tomatoes, and sliced green peppers on bottom half of French bread.
- 4. Drizzle vinaigrette over green peppers. Top vinaigrette with provolone cheese slices.
- 5. Top cheese with French bread.
- 6. Wrap sandwich in foil. Bake 10 minutes.
