Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 lb.) carton sour cream
  • 8 oz. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen hash browns for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
