Ingredients

  • 1 cooked and deboned chicken
  • stock (left from cooking chicken, fat skimmed)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can green beans with new potatoes, drained
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. cilantro
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and cook on low temperature until onion and celery are tender.
