Instructions
- Mix together and sift 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, sifted flour and salt.
- Add 3 tablespoons cocoa, melted butter, milk and vanilla.
- Spread into a greased pan (9 x 13-inch).
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Then sprinkle
- 1/2 cup white sugar on top. Then sprinkle 1/4 cup cocoa on top.
- Last, pour the cold water on top.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
