Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • milk
  • 4 oz. plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Empty one can of sweetened condensed milk into a pitcher.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cans boiling water, using a potholder, and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cans cold milk.
  4. Allow to cool slightly, then add 4 ounces of plain yogurt.
  5. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into eight 6-ounce baby food jars.
  7. Cover jars and sit them in a roasting pan filled with cold water.
  8. Place the pan in a warm oven on the lowest setting.
  9. After 40 minutes, turn off the oven but leave the jars inside until the oven is completely cold.
  10. Once cooled, transfer the jars to the refrigerator.
