Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 lb. blanched almonds
  • cayenne pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet.
  2. Add almonds and sauté gently until very light brown.
  3. Place nuts in a cake pan and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and salt.
  4. Shake well to coat evenly.
  5. Serve hot.
