Deviled Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch carrots (about 6)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan with a cover, melt the butter.
  2. Add peeled carrots cut into even julienne strips and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Cover tightly and steam in the butter until tender, about 15 to 30 minutes.
