- Pour the egg mixture into the pastry shell over the cheese and onion.
- Sprinkle paprika on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.
- Reduce oven temperature to 300°F and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
