Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients lightly in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 16 small meatballs.
  3. Saute the meatballs slowly in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  4. Serve as is or on picks, optionally alternating with olives, pickled onions, cheese cubes, etc.
