Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 6 oil packed anchovies, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup garlic and onion croutons

Instructions

  2. Add olive oil and whisk to combine.
