Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook broccoli and cauliflower together until tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Butter a large glass baking dish or pie plate.
  4. In a blender or using hand mixing, combine Bisquick, milk, eggs, and seasonings until smooth.
  5. Pour the vegetable mixture into the prepared dish.
  6. Pour the batter over the vegetables.
  7. Bake for approximately 40 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
