A vibrant, crunchy taco salad featuring fresh lettuce, seasoned beans, shredded cheese, and crispy Doritos, perfect for casual gatherings and flavor-packed meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head lettuce
  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans
  • Catalina dressing
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • tomatoes, as desired
  • 1 bag Doritos, crushed

Instructions

  1. Chop the large head of lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
  2. Drain and rinse the Ranch Style beans and add them to the salad.
  3. Pour Catalina dressing over the salad ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Add chopped large onion and tomatoes as desired.
  6. Crush the bag of Doritos and sprinkle over the salad.
  7. Toss all ingredients together until evenly combined and serve.
