Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. Fritos (small size chips)
  • cooked rice
  • chili
  • grated cheese
  • lettuce, shredded
  • tomato, chopped
  • onions, chopped
  • green olives, chopped
  • 1 bottle El Paso taco sauce
  • coconut

Instructions

  1. Start the buffet with a layer of Fritos.
  2. Cover the Fritos with cooked rice, ensuring they are well covered.
  3. Add the cooked chili on top of the rice.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese over the chili.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped onions, and chopped green olives.
  6. Pour El Paso taco sauce over the layered ingredients.
  7. Optional: sprinkle coconut and pecans on top.
