Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 6 slices crisp bacon

Instructions

  1. Break the broccoli into flowerets and cut off the ends of the stems, then chop the stems.
  2. In a jar, pour mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and sugar.
  3. Shake until the dressing is well blended.
  4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli.
  5. Mix in sunflower seeds, raisins, and crumbled bacon.
