Different Celery Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch celery
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Clean celery well.
  2. Cut each stick into 2 1/2-inch pieces. Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, nuts, green pepper, onion and salt.
  3. Chill for several hours or overnight.
  4. Fill celery pieces with mixture and arrange on platter.
