Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 loaf rye bread
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup corned beef, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • dill weed

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Tear all the meat into small pieces and mix into the dip.
  3. Cut a round circle in the top of the bread and remove it like a lid.
  4. Dip the inside of the bread out and save.
  5. Pour the dip into the hollowed-out bread.
  6. Place the bread on a platter and arrange the saved bread around the dip.
