Ingredients

  • 22 slices very thin white bread
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dried dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove crusts from bread slices.
  3. Stack slices of bread and cut diagonally into triangles.
  4. Combine melted butter, olive oil, and dried dill in a bowl.
  5. Brush both sides of the bread triangles with the dill mixture.
  6. Arrange the triangles on baking sheets.
  7. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. The toasts can be made 5 to 6 hours ahead and stored at room temperature, covered loosely with foil.
