Dilly Cottage Batter Bread

- Combine 1 cup flour, yeast, onion, salt and dill weed.
- Add cottage cheese, water, egg and honey to flour mixture.
- Beat 3 minutes by hand or with electric mixer.
- Beat in remaining flour. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 1 hour).
- Stir down batter; pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Let rise in a warm place until light (30 to 40 minutes).
- Bake at 375° for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
