Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion or 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Finely chop 1 medium onion or use 2 teaspoons dried minced onion.
  2. In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup catsup, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar, and 1/4 cup water.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
  4. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Chill before serving to allow flavors to meld.
