Ingredients

  • 2 bunches spinach (or 1 bag pre‑washed spinach)
  • 2 red apples, sliced or cubed
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate

Instructions

  1. Rip spinach into bite‑sized pieces.
  2. Add sliced apples and crumbled bacon to the spinach.
  3. Whisk orange juice concentrate and mayonnaise together until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the spinach, apples, and bacon and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
