Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Cube Velveeta cheese and put in crock-pot.
  2. Fry sausage; drain and crumble.
  3. Add the cheese, then add the cream of chicken soup and evaporated milk.
  4. Heat until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve with nachos.
