Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 gal. cooked chicken, chilled
  • 50 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
  • 10 lb. celery, diced
  • 7 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. pickles, chopped
  • 1 qt. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cut the cooked chicken into 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Add the chopped eggs, diced celery, salt, pepper, chopped pickles, and mayonnaise to the chicken.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or cover with waxed paper and store in the refrigerator.
