Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chilies (mild)
  • 1 pkg. nacho seasoning mix
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • black olives, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix refried beans and nacho seasoning.
  2. Spread in the bottom of a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread sour cream evenly over the bean mixture.
  4. Sprinkle diced tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped black olives, mild chilies, and chopped Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  5. Serve with corn chips.
