A creamy, cheesy dip with flavorful olives, peppers, and mushrooms, topped with pepperoni—perfect for entertaining or casual snacking with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, softened
  • 5 oz. green olives, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 oz. black olives, sliced
  • 2 oz. pepperoni slices
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix cheeses, green olives, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, mayonnaise, and half of the black olives together.
  2. Spread the mixture in a glass 8 x 12-inch pan.
  3. Top with pepperoni slices and remaining black olives.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve with taco chips.
