Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • Philadelphia cream cheese
  • parsley flakes
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • sliced tomatoes
  • touch of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Slice the French bread in two halves.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly over each half.
  3. Sprinkle parsley flakes and a touch of garlic powder on top.
  4. Slice tomatoes and cut each slice in half.
  5. Lay tomato slices along the length of each bread half.
  6. Sprinkle heavily with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
  8. Serve hot.
