Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (juice and all)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix by hand (do not use electric mixer).
  2. Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Spread topping over cake while warm.
