Ingredients

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup plain flour

Instructions

  1. Beat all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. It will have the appearance of whipped cream.
  3. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
  4. Use to grease any pan for baking, such as cake layers, Bundt pans, corn bread and biscuits.
  5. All such products will bake evenly and never stick. Keeps indefinitely.
