Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine or butter, softened
  • 2 cups Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Mix together sour cream and softened margarine or butter.
  2. Add Bisquick to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Drop the batter into small muffin tins; can use large muffin tins if desired.
  4. Spray pans with Pam or non-stick spray.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes at 400°F for small muffins, or 15 minutes for large muffins.
