Ingredients

  • 1 pint sour cream, at room temperature
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 eggs, separated, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • Graham crackers or chocolate cookie crumbs
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
  2. Cream the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add sugar gradually and then beat in the egg yolks one at a time.
  4. Mix in lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
