Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sirloin steak
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into 1/2-inch strips and brown in olive oil; drain excess fat.
  2. Pour water over the steak in the skillet.
  3. Chop the onion and add it to the steak mixture.
  4. Cover and simmer until the steak and onion are tender.
  5. Prepare the brown gravy mix following the package instructions.
  6. Pour the gravy over the cooked steak and onions.
  7. Cook the egg noodles until tender according to package directions.
  8. Mix the cooked noodles with the steak and gravy mixture and serve immediately.
