Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bake the yellow cake according to the package directions and let it cool completely.
  2. Mix the cream of coconut with milk until well combined.
  3. Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the coconut-milk mixture over it while the cake is still warm.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely after soaking.
  5. Top the cake with Cool Whip and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top for garnish and added flavor.
