Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in drained pineapple, 1 cup chopped pecans, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and seasoning salt, then chill.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls.
  4. Roll the cheese balls in the remaining chopped pecans.
  5. Refrigerate until well chilled.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
