Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Set first 3 ingredients aside.
  2. Put remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Beat all of this for 2 minutes; pour 1/2 of batter in pan and then 1/2 of brown sugar mixture on top, then rest of batter mixture on top of this.
  4. Top with the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
  5. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and cook 40 minutes at 350°.
