Ingredients

  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 c. diced bananas
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add the rest (add bananas last). Blend with spoon (not mixer).
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done.
