Ingredients

  • 20 graham cracker squares
  • 2 envelopes Dream Whip whipped topping mix
  • 2¾ cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (4 servings each) jello coconut cream instant pudding and pie filling
  • 11 oz can mandarin orange sections, drained
  • ¼ cup toasted chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Line a 9-inch square pan with whole graham crackers.
  2. Prepare the Dream Whip whipped topping according to package instructions using 1 cup of milk in a large mixer bowl.
  3. Add the remaining 1¾ cups of milk and the pudding mix to the whipped topping and blend.
  4. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes until mixture is thickened.
  5. Reserve a few orange sections for garnish; dice the remaining orange sections and fold them into the pudding mixture along with the toasted chopped almonds.
  6. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the layer of graham crackers in the pan.
  7. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding layer.
  8. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
  9. Garnish with the reserved orange sections on top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
