Dressing For Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. fish fillets or whole fish
  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. onion
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put a layer of it between fish fillets or stuff whole fish. Brush with oil; wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
