Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  • salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • bacon
  • 1 Tbsp. onion

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, egg, sugar, mustard, and salt together, then add milk and vinegar.
  2. Fry bacon until crispy; then add chopped onion to the bacon.
  3. Combine all ingredients and cook until the mixture thickens, being careful not to boil.
  4. Pour the warm dressing over washed and dried dandelion greens.
