Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups Wesson oil

Instructions

  1. Grate the small onion and set aside.
  2. Use a quart jar for mixing the dressing.
  3. Add salt, dry mustard, sugar, and vinegar to the jar.
  4. Shake the jar well to combine.
  5. Add the grated onion and Wesson oil to the jar.
  6. Shake again until well mixed.
  7. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for several days.
