Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. chuck roast
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 3 medium onions
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 pkg. pot roast seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Bake the chuck roast in the oven at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Cut up the celery, onions, potatoes, and carrots.
  3. Place the chopped vegetables around the roast in the baking dish.
  4. Add a teaspoon of salt, a dash of pepper, and the pot roast seasoning.
  5. Bake for another 1 1/2 hours until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
