Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/2 can anchovies, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Use the dressing for cold fish, salads, soups, etc.
