Ingredients

  • 5 oz. jar dried beef
  • 2 large packages Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Cut the dried beef finely with parsley flakes.
  2. Mix half of the dried beef and parsley flakes with the cream cheese.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.
  4. Mix well and shape into a log roll.
  5. Place remaining dried beef on waxed paper or Saran Wrap.
  6. Roll the log in the remaining dried beef until coated.
  7. Refrigerate before serving.
  8. Cut into 1/2 to 1-inch slices.
  9. Serve between crackers or as desired.
