Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/3 cup Kraft barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, chopped onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and oregano; mix lightly until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  5. Spread barbecue sauce over the top of the loaf.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Serve sprinkled with additional cheese if desired.
