Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together until smooth.
  2. Add the cashew nuts and chow mein noodles to the melted mixture and stir until well coated.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  4. Let the cookies cool and harden.
  5. Store in a cool place.
