- Mix whipped topping with milk and vanilla, then fold into the lemon jello mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish and chill until set.
- Meanwhile, dissolve raspberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stir in cold water, and chill until thick and syrup-like.
- Spoon the raspberry jello over the top of the lemon layer and chill until fully set.
